Last November, members of Beyond the Bottle collected one week’s worth of water bottles from the largest freshman dorm on Brown’s campus. The result was a powerful visual representation of the waste created by single-use plastic water bottles. The bottles are now being used in an installation at List Art Center.

That’s a lot of bottles from just one dorm’s trash room. Imagine how many towers would fill the green if we collected all the water bottles from all the dorms on campus.
